As a self-described “childish dreamer”, Niko Villamor fell into rapping and music by chance. Although his upbringing remains heavily influenced by his hometown of San Francisco, Niko considers Atlanta the root of his musical journey. Pairing up with fellow hip-hopper Jason Effe, the duo presented a rather theatrical performance at this year’s Kollaboration Atlanta event at Center Stage. Flanked by a “dark” and “good” thugs in sweatshirts and ski masks, Niko rapped his everything into original lyrics about dreams and lost love.
