Kollaboration Atlanta at 6th Annual Rice Festival0

The Asian American Resource Center held its 6th annual Rice Festival on October 9th, 2010 at Stone Mountain Park. A celebration of Asian American culture, arts, and cuisine, the event promotes cultural awareness and the sharing of Asian culture with the Atlanta community. Organizations from all areas of the community participated, including local businesses, corporate sponsors, restaurants, dance groups, non-profit organizations, and community service groups. With beautiful weather, great food, and live dance and drum performances, the event raised funds for the AARC’s community programs in a lively atmosphere. Kollaboration Atlanta attended to mingle with fellow organizations and support the AARC. Along the way, we also enjoyed a picnic lunch and documented the event with pictures and video.
